Returns Policy

Faulty Items.

You must inform us within 14 working days of the original order date, if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

ANY WATCHES YOU FIND TO BE FAULTY UPON DELIVERY MUST BE NOTIFIED TO PROPULSION TIMEPIECES WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Unsuitable & Unwanted Items For Return.

If for any reason you feel you do not like the item or it is unsuitable for your needs, we will gladly accept the item back, unwanted or unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of your acknowledgement of receiving your item, all items returned must be in the same new condition you received them in, unmarked, unworn, with all protective measures still in place eg face and back and strap protection film also any accessories supplied with the item eg strap adjustment tool must also be included in the returned items. Once we have received the returned item and are happy it is in a resealable condition we will then issue a refund, please note we do not cover cost of the return postage and is payable by the customer.

12 Months Guarantee.

You will be glad to know we offer a 12 months RTB guarantee on all of our products as standard, this guarantee covers mechanical defects and manufacturing defects should any occur.

However damage caused to the items by misuse or miss handling is not covered in the 12 month guarantee.

If a claim is made under the 12 month guarantee and the item (watch) is not repairable or we no longer stock the item (watch), an alternative new item (watch) up to the same value will be offered as a suitable replacement, if a suitable replacement can not be found or agreed upon then we would offer a refund to the original price value of the item (watch) at time of purchase.

Your Entitlement To Cancel.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or miss described.

Any goods returned should be in salable condition.
